Lemon Curd with Berries

The perfect lemon curd with berries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Low-Fat quark drained in the sieve
  • 1 Pck. Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Piece Grated lemon peel
  • 1 cups Whipped cream
  • 0,5 bag Berry mix TK
  • 4 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  1. Mix the quark, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon zest and juice together and stir until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the mixture. Add sugar to the berries and decorate them together in a bowl or in a glass. Delicious fresh on warm days. You can also use red / green grits as a fruit ingredient!
