Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 125 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine flour, baking powder, butter, sugar, egg yolk, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl and use a dough hook to coarsely crumble. Then, using your hands, press the dough together and shape it into a log. Chill for about 30 minutes. Roll out on a floured surface (approx. 0.5 cm thick) and cut out hearts. Bake at 190°C for about 10 minutes. Mix the powdered sugar with the lemon juice and spread the icing over the cookies.
