Lemon Krispie Cakepops
- 1 piece Lemon cake
- 1 packet Cream cheese
- 3 tbsp Simple jam
- 1 piece Couverture
- 1 cups Chocolate crispies
- Wooden handles
Puff pastry sticks
- 1 piece Puff pastry roll
- 200 g Sour cream
- 80 g Ham
- 100 g Cheese
Egg muffins
- Chives
- 15 piece Mini tomatoes
- 7 piece Mushrooms
- 4 piece Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 3 Discs Ham
Lemon Krispie Cakepops
- Crumble the dough from the finished lemon cake in a bowl. Then add the cream cheese and jam. Mix the mass and form small balls out of it. Put the finished balls in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Then melt the couverture in a water bath. Remove the balls from the freezer. First dip the stem in the chocolate, let it cool down briefly and then stick it in a ball of dough. Then first dip the ball in chocolate, let it drain briefly and then sprinkle with the krispies. Let cool and the cake pops are ready.
Puff pastry sticks
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (convection 160 degrees, gas level 2). Grate the cheese. Now unfold the puff pastry and distribute 100 grams of sour cream on one half of the puff pastry. Sprinkle with diced ham and cheese. Fold the uncovered side of the puff pastry onto the covered side and press gently with your hands. Spread the remaining sour cream, ham and cheese on top and fold the dough again.
- Then cut the dough into strips and twist in the strips. Place the finished puff pastry sticks on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake in the oven for around 25 minutes.
Egg muffins
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Finely chop the chives. Chop the tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms. Put the eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and whisk.
- Place a slice of ham or bacon in a muffin pan. Add the chives to the egg mixture, mix and place in the muffin tins. Distribute the tomato, bell pepper and mushrooms evenly on the molds. Bake the muffins in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
