Pie dough:

Lemon filling:
- Lemon-Curd-Creme
- Approx. 1 1/2 glasses
Meringue blanket:
- 4 Egg Whites
- 200 g Powdered sugar
- 2 tsp Starch
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 - 200 degrees.
- You can bake the pie dough beforehand, then take it out of the mold, wrap it up and store it in a cool place. If everything is to be prepared in one day, please proceed as described in the pie dough recipe.
- For the meringue mixture, beat the egg white until stiff and stir in the icing sugar and starch.
- In the case of this recipe, place the pie base on a heat-resistant cake plate, coat it with the lemon curd cream, pour the meringue over it and put it in the oven until the top starts to rise and brown . In between, tear open the cover 1 x briefly with a spoon to create an unevenness.
