Pear Cheesecake

The perfect pear cheesecake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Sifted flour
  • 150 g Butter
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Do. Pear canned
  • 500 g Quark lean
  • 150 g Sugar

  • 1 Creme fraiche Cheese
