Pear Cheesecake

- 300 g Sifted flour
- 150 g Butter
- 150 g Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 Do. Pear canned
- 500 g Quark lean
- 150 g Sugar
- 3 Free range eggs
- 1 Creme fraiche Cheese
- Drain the pears. Grease a cake tin, roll out the dough and place in the cake tin and prick several times with a fork. Sprinkle with nuts or breadcrumbs. Make a shortcrust pastry from the first five ingredients.
