Lemon-mint Butter

The perfect lemon-mint butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Soft butter
  • 3 tbsp Fresh mint, cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp Lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Mix all ingredients together well and season with salt and pepper to taste. I usually freeze the butter in glasses
