Lemon-mint Butter
The perfect lemon-mint butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Soft butter
- 3 tbsp Fresh mint, cut into strips
- 1 tbsp Lemon zest
- 2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Mix all ingredients together well and season with salt and pepper to taste. I usually freeze the butter in glasses
