Olive and Pepper Butter

The perfect olive and pepper butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Soft butter
  • 1 Small chilli
  • 1 Small pointed peppers
  • 10 Olives with stone
  • 1 tbsp Fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Chop olives, paprika and chilli into tiny cubes and sauté briefly in an extra dollop of butter. Cooling down. Mix the butter with all the ingredients and season to taste.
