Olive and Pepper Butter
The perfect olive and pepper butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Soft butter
- 1 Small chilli
- 1 Small pointed peppers
- 10 Olives with stone
- 1 tbsp Fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper
- Chop olives, paprika and chilli into tiny cubes and sauté briefly in an extra dollop of butter. Cooling down. Mix the butter with all the ingredients and season to taste.
