Lemon – Orange – Ginger Marinade

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp, heaped garlic
  • 2 tsp, heaped chicken seasoning, or salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp, heaped ginger powder
  • e.g. garlic or garlic granules

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

delicious and refreshing for grilled poultry

Mix all ingredients. Stir in two cloves of crushed garlic or 2 teaspoons of garlic granules, if desired. Cover the meat completely with the marinade and let it marinate for at least 2 hours.
