Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 3 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 2 tsp thyme, shredded
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 bottle of beer
- 3 onions
- 1 kg pork (neck) in slices
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes
particularly suitable for pork (e.g. comb)
Mix all ingredients except the onions. Layer the meat and onions alternately in a bowl and baste with the marinade (layer by layer). Top up with beer if desired (the meat should be covered). Let marinate overnight.
