Lemon potatoes with thyme

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, small
  • 300 ml lemon oil
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 10 g sea salt
  • 3 pinches of salt
  • 1 bunch of thyme

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

great and simple dish

Brush a baking sheet with lemon oil. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, halve them lengthwise, and place them cut-side down on the baking sheet. Brush the potatoes again with lemon oil. Finely chop half of the thyme and sprinkle it over the potatoes. Sprinkle the salt evenly over the potatoes. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Slice the lemons and arrange them on the potatoes. Finally, season with sea salt. Perfect as a side dish to all meat, fish, and poultry dishes, or as a vegetarian main course.
