Lemon Snowflakes

- 200 g Soft butter
- 225 g Sugar
- 75 ml Cream
- 1 Egg
- 2 tsp Lemon flavor
- 0,75 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 330 g Sifted flour
- Colorful sugar decor
- Mix the butter with sugar until creamy. Mix in the cream, egg, lemon flavor, baking powder and salt until you have a homogeneous mixture.
- Then fold in the sifted flour with a wooden spoon. Knead briefly and wrap in cling film in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Roll out the dough 3-5 mm thick. Cut out different shapes as you like. Then poke small holes in it with a straw. If desired, sprinkle with colored sugar decorations and bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 10-12 minutes until golden yellow. Allow to cool and store in airtight cans.
