Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g spaghetti or other pasta
- 250 g shrimp(s)
- 1 lemon(s), organic
- 400 ml cream or milk
- 1 bunch chives, chopped
- salt and pepper
- some vegetable stock powder
- possibly cornstarch

lightning fast and easy
Fry the prawns in a pan for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, carefully grate the lemon zest. Be careful not to grate any of the white part of the zest, otherwise it will become bitter. Then add the cream or milk to the prawns, add the lemon zest and the juice of the whole lemon, heat through, and season with salt, pepper, and stock powder. If desired, stir the sauce with a little sauce thickener until smooth. Cook the spaghetti al dente, drain, and toss with the sauce or serve on top. Sprinkle with fresh chives.
