Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 g oat flakes
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 180 g low-fat curd cheese
- 30 g protein powder, vanilla
- 100 ml milk
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 5 g baking cocoa
- 1 egg(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Combine all ingredients except the cocoa powder and knead into a smooth batter. Spread 2/3 of the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper or into a small silicone baking pan, if available. Mix 1/3 of the batter with the cocoa powder and spread it in dollops over the light-colored batter. Bake the cake for 15-20 minutes.
