Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g rice pudding
- 600 ml milk
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
- 1 pack of flavoring (Citroback)
- 20 g butter
- 2 tbsp sugar, heaped
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl (microwaveable), stir, heat at 800 W for 3 minutes, and stir again. Then simmer the mixture for another 20 minutes at 340 W. And very importantly, stir frequently, otherwise you’ll end up with a lumpy mixture at the bottom. These measurements are based on my microwave; try them out. But the rice pudding is absolutely delicious, nothing burnt, and I found it worth making again. As a dessert, this makes enough for 4 servings, of course.
