Important: The lemon water must be neither too hot nor too cold. Lukewarm water works best here, as the body does not have to produce extra energy to bring it to the optimal temperature when drinking. In addition, healthy lemon water should be drunk on an empty stomach.

How can I make healthy lemon water myself?

Anyone can make lemon water at home. Boil a liter of water in the morning. Squeeze one lemon and slice the other half. As soon as the water boils, add the lemon juice and the slices to the water and let the lemon water cool down a bit.
