Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 500 g soup vegetables, frozen
- 100 g Pardina Lentils
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Heat the broth in a saucepan. Add the vegetables and lentils and simmer for about 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
