Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 cl water
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
  • Pepper, Vegeta
  • 1 baking powder
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Whisk the eggs thoroughly with a fork. Pour over the minced meat and mix in all the other ingredients. Knead thoroughly. Form the mixture into balls and fry in oil like French fries.
