Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 500 g Mascarpone
  • 2 cups Coffee
  • Ladyfingers

Instructions

  • Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff
  • Mix the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Add the mascarpone and then fold in the egg white.
  • Soak spoon biscuits with the coffee and layer them alternately with the mascarpone mixture in a baking dish.
  • The top layer is the mascarpone mixture. Chill for several hours. (It always depends on how big the vessel is. The flatter, the shorter, but it should be at least three hours)
  • Sprinkle with cocoa before serving, Bon Appetit!
  • P.s. As a little hint. The cream of the tiramisu can be a little more liquid than usual. If you don't like that, you should perhaps add gelatine to the cream. 🙂
