Lettuce hearts with mango and mozzarella in blood orange dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 lettuce hearts
  • 1 small mango(s)
  • 1 ball of organic mozzarella
  • 4 tbsp pine nuts, roasted
  • 2 blood oranges, juice
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 2 tbsp walnut oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Clean, slice, and wash the lettuce hearts. Peel and dice the mango. Drain and dice the mozzarella. Now make the dressing and season to taste. Toss the lettuce hearts with the mango, mozzarella, and dressing. Serve sprinkled with pine nuts.
