simple, delicious, breakfast

Combine the low-fat quark, yogurt, sugar, and milk in a bowl and whisk for about 3 minutes. Depending on the consistency of the quark and yogurt, the result will be thicker or runnier—control this with the amount of milk. The result should be a fluffy yogurt-quark. Coarsely grate the apples, including the peel. Peel the banana and slice thinly. Arrange the grated apple on a plate, then the banana slices. Layer the crunchy muesli on top, and finally the yogurt-quark. Tip: Chocolate or fruit crunchy muesli tastes good.
