Lettuce with Egg and Bread
The perfect lettuce with egg and bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
dressing
- 3 piece Hard-Boiled egg, cut into small pieces
- 1 pinch White milled pepper
- 1 pinch Sea salt fine
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Acacia honey
- 1 Splash Lime and a little zest
- 1 tsp Fresh, finely chopped chives
- 1 tbsp Parsley finely chopped smooth
- 0,25 liter Cream sour cream
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 3 tbsp Cold-Pressed sunflower oil

- 1 something Butter
- 1 pinch Fleur de sel
- Remove the outer leaves from the lettuce (the rabbits get them from the boy next door). What is then left (mostly the inner yellow, see pictures) is washed and chopped into mouth-sized pieces.
- Mix the dressing ingredients together and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Fold the dressing under the salad (I do this with my fingers).
- Then serve the salad with buttered bread (the bread is the last picture) sprinkled with fleur de sel.
