Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1 small can/mandarin orange(s), approx. 100 g, and 3 tbsp juice
- 2 half peaches, from the can, approx. 150 g
- 150 g grapes, blue
- 60 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- Salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- some white pepper

Fresh salad, not just in summer!
Clean and wash the lettuce, drain well, and tear it into pieces. Drain the mandarins in a sieve, reserving the juice. Drain the peaches and cut them into pieces. Place them in a bowl with the lettuce and mandarins. Wash the grapes and pat them dry. Pick the berries from the stems, halve them, and remove the stones. Add them to the bowl. Mix the yogurt with the mandarin juice, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, sugar, and pepper. Season to taste. Pour over the salad ingredients. Mix gently. Delicious with venison medallions.
