Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ piece(s) lettuce(s)
- 4 slices of mango
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp walnut oil or rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, light
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Trim and wash the lettuce. Peel the mango and cut into 4 slices. Chop the slices into small pieces or cut into strips. Make the dressing and season to taste. Arrange the lettuce on plates or in bowls and pour the dressing over it. Top with the mango pieces.
