The perfect lettuce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Lettuce leaves
  • 10 Stalk Chives garlic
  • 3 Stalk Mint
  • For the marinade
  • 300 ml Water
  • 4 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 4 tbsp Herb vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 pinch Pepper
  1. Wash and roughly chop the lettuce, cut the garlic chives into thin rings. Pluck the mint leaves from the stalks and finely chop and put everything in a large bowl.
  2. Now make the marinade and shake or stir vigorously. Add the marinade just before eating the salad and cook well. Finished
