Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 200 g Greek yogurt (drained yogurt), 2% fat
- 40 g sugar
- 15 ml rum
- 55 g Amarena cherries, chopped
- 20 ml syrup (Amarena cherry syrup)
- 75 ml milk
- 1 egg white
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Creamy, but not so powerful
Mix the yogurt with sugar, rum, chopped cherries, syrup, and milk. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze for about 30 minutes. This ice cream tastes delicious with homemade chocolate sauce, amarena cherries, and amarena syrup.
