delicious like nonna’s, but lower in calories

Peel the onion and garlic and finely dice. Heat the oil in a good non-stick pan and fry the diced onion and garlic with the beef. Now add the chili flakes and the soup vegetables and continue frying. Mix the water with the soy sauce and deglaze with it. Now add the pizza tomatoes, the passata, and the tomato paste. Season everything with a pinch of freshly ground pepper, the Italian seasoning, and the nutmeg. Simmer the Bolognese sauce on low heat for 1.5 hours. Beforehand, add the rosemary sprig and a handful of finely chopped oregano. Remove the rosemary sprig before serving. We serve it with linguini and lollo rosso. This sauce can also be prepared a day in advance. Nutritional information: per serving (200 g): 312 kcal
