  • 1,000 g red fruit compote
  • 4 packets of vanilla sugar

  • 1 cake base

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 15 minutes

for 12 pieces

Soak the gelatin in cold water. Mix the quark and yogurt together. Carefully add the red fruit compote and stir in. Add vanilla sugar to taste, or regular sugar if desired. Remove the gelatin from the water, squeeze it out well, and melt it in a saucepan. To achieve temperature equilibrium, add a spoonful of the cream mixture to the saucepan with the gelatin and stir well to ensure there are no lumps. Repeat this process 4-5 times. Then stir the gelatin into the cream. Place a springform pan around the cake base, spread the cream on top, and refrigerate for at least 5 hours. Decorate as desired.
