Quince Juice

The perfect quince juice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 kg Quince fresh
  • 100 g Sugar
  • Steam extractor
  • Water
  1. Rub off quilts (remove fluff), wash and quarter. Put sugar in the basket of the steam juicer and sprinkle over it. Put water in the lower part, put on the stove and bring to a boil.
  2. Juicing takes about 3 hours. After an hour, the first juice can be filled.
  3. Heat the resulting juice to 70 degrees and pull it into bottles.
