Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 ml buttermilk
- 4 tbsp syrup (caramel syrup)
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 2 lemons (juice)
- Sugar to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Whisk together buttermilk, lemon juice, caramel syrup, and vanilla sugar, then sweeten to taste. Prepare in an ice cream maker (takes about 35-40 minutes). Adding cream will make the ice cream creamier—though it won’t be quite as light.
