Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 ½ kg turkey meat
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 ½ can mushrooms
- 250 g ketchup
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Tabasco
- 2 tsp spice mix (steak seasoning)
- 2 tbsp basil, dried
- 1 ½ cups sweet cream
- 250 ml white wine (dry Riesling)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 20 minutes
Brown the turkey, onions, and mushrooms and place them in a roasting pan. Make a marinade from ketchup, spices, cream, and Riesling and pour it over the roasted meat in the roasting pan. Let it marinate for 24 hours. Then, bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 1.5 hours. Serve with rice.
