Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g poultry sausage
- 1 large gherkin(s)
- 5 tbsp Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp mustard
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 2 tbsp cucumber water
- ½ tsp sugar or sweetener or agave syrup

Cut the poultry sausage and gherkin into small, thin strips and place them in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
