Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 4 small gherkins
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese, 4% fat
  • 3 tbsp yogurt, 0.1% fat
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Low in fat and calories, and made in a flash

Cut the cooked ham into thin strips and finely dice the gherkin and onion. Combine the solid ingredients in a sufficiently large bowl. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese with the yogurt and spices. You can, of course, vary this with other spices or herbs to taste. Pour the sauce over the chopped ingredients, mix, and let it sit, covered, for at least 3 hours.
