Light Noodle Salat
The perfect light noodle salat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 80 g Whole wheat pasta
- 2 tbsp Vegetable broth
- 40 g Ham cubes
- 0,5 Paprika
- 50 g Drained green canned peas
- 1 tsp Cream cheese with herbs, low-fat level
- 1 tbsp Natural yoghurt
- 1 tsp Freshly chopped chives
- 1 tsp Chopped dill
- 1 Spring onion
- 1. Boil the pasta in the vegetable stock, drain, collecting the stock. 2. Dice the peppers. Cut the spring onion into rings. 3. Mix the cooled pasta with the diced ham, diced paprika and peas. 4. Put 2 tablespoons of the vegetable stock in a bowl, mix with the cream cheese and yoghurt. 5. Now add the chives, dill and spring onion rings to the dressing. Pour this over the remaining ingredients and mix well. Season with pepper. The vegetable broth means there is no need for additional salt. 6. Let the pasta salad stand for at least 2 hours. Mix again and season to taste if necessary. Finished!
