WW 6 P for the whole cake

This recipe is designed for a SMALL springform pan. For a regular springform pan, double the recipe. Line the springform pan with parchment paper. Combine the oats with the grated apple, water, vanilla sugar, rum flavoring, baking powder, and cinnamon. Pour the mixture into the springform pan and smooth it out. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for about 20-25 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the whipped cream and later spread it on the cooled base. Arrange the sliced fruit on top. Prepare the glaze with a teaspoon of sugar, spread it over the fruit, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Very tasty, if something different!
