  • 250 g butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary, large
  • Salt

quick, easy and delicious

Blend softened butter with the peeled garlic cloves and lightly chopped rosemary. Season to taste and transfer to a container. Place the butter in the freezer and let it chill for at least 2 hours. Ideal with grilled food or fresh ciabatta.
