- 150 g gherkins
- 400 g smoked poultry sausage
- 300 g low-fat curd cheese
- 100 g salad cream (Miracle Whip Balance)
- 1 tbsp, heaped mustard, medium hot or more if desired
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 5 tbsp balsamic vinegar, dark
- 100 ml cucumber water
- Salt and pepper, colorful
- herbal salt
- Paprika powder, hot
- Seasoning mix (Maggi Seasoning Mix No. 2)
- nutmeg
Instructions

Cook the pasta in vegetable broth according to the instructions until al dente, then let cool. In the meantime, dice the sausage and gherkins into bite-sized pieces. In a large bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients, then stir in the pasta, sausage, and gherkin. The salad tastes best when left to stand overnight. Variations include adding spring onions or diced boiled eggs. Of course, this would make the calorie count inaccurate. Based on 10 servings, one serving has 263 kcal.
