Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Low fat, low calorie, perfect for diets

Mix the milk with 200 ml of water/liquid, herbs, and spices. Finally, add about 2 level teaspoons of locust bean gum to the cold mixture, stirring constantly. Then cook for 2-4 minutes, stirring continuously with a whisk, until the desired consistency is reached. This amount is enough for a medium-sized casserole dish that will easily feed about 2-3 people. The total calories come to less than 200 kcal! And the result is impressive – a beautiful, foamy, creamy sauce whose flavor can be customized depending on the herbs, spices, and liquid used.
