Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup low-fat curd cheese, 500 g
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 70 ml milk, low-fat
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 handful of tomatoes, dried
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • some salt and pepper
  • some herbs, Italian
  • some basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

a low-calorie simple dip

Roughly chop the onions, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes. Combine the first seven ingredients in a large bowl and blend until smooth. Season with herbs, salt, and pepper, and garnish with fresh basil.
