Light yogurt and blueberry dessert

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g natural yogurt, 3.5% fat
  • 200 g blueberries, fresh
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 sprigs of mint

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash the blueberries and pat dry. Reserve a few for garnish. Pick the mint leaves and roughly chop them. Reserve two leaves for garnish. Pour the yogurt into a bowl, add the honey, stir well, and let it sit for a while. Fold in the blueberries and mint. Serve the yogurt in bowls and garnish with a few blueberries and mint leaves.
