Light yogurt dessert with fresh fruit

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup of cream
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 cups natural yogurt, 1.5% fat
  • 125 g strawberries or raspberries, fresh
  • 4 tsp Stevia, e.g. from Nordzucker
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 2 tbsp, heaped hazelnuts, chopped
  • 4 mint leaves for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

low in calories, with stevia

Whip the cream until stiff. Stir in the quark and yogurt, and season the cream with stevia sugar and lemon juice. Wash and quarter the fresh strawberries. Raspberries can be left whole. Layer the dessert in 4 glasses. First, layer the yogurt mixture, then the fruit and some of the chopped hazelnuts, and repeat this process once more. Sprinkle some of the chopped nuts on top as a garnish and place a mint leaf on top.
