Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 packs of pudding powder (vanilla)
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ pack of baking powder
- e.g. almond(s), grated (or slivered or sliced)
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth. Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan and sprinkle with almonds, if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30-45 minutes.
