Lightning-fast apple cake with vanilla pudding powder

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 175 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 packets of vanilla pudding powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 150 ml milk
  • 2 large apples

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a springform pan with a little butter. Cream the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt until fluffy. Gradually beat in the eggs. Add the flour, vanilla pudding powder, and baking powder and mix well. Gradually add the milk. Wash, peel, core, and slice the apples as desired. Fold the apple pieces into the batter using a spatula. Pour the batter and apple pieces into the springform pan and bake on the middle shelf of the oven for about 45 minutes.
