10-minute plum sheet cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g puff pastry
  • 20 plums
  • 2 apples
  • 5 apricots
  • 50 g cane sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Thaw the puff pastry slightly and roll it out slightly to fit a baking sheet. Place a sheet of baking paper underneath, leaving the edges of the puff pastry slightly raised. Wash and pit the plums, and spread them on the puff pastry. Add the chopped apple pieces and the pitted apricots. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes and serve lukewarm.
