Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 m.-large cucumber(s)
- 1 tbsp, leveled salt
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 5 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp mustard seeds
- 2 onions
- n. B. Dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel and slice the cucumbers and onions. Add the spices, stir well, and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 2 hours before serving. It’s perfect with any meal, for grilling, or just for snacking. It’s quick and easy to make and tastes great. Tip: If desired, you can also add garlic to the spices.
