Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 tbsp oat flakes, fine
- ½ dl coconut milk (alternative: milk or soy milk)
- ½ dl water
- 1 tbsp sugar, or equivalent amount of sweetener
- possibly desiccated coconut
Instructions

delicious porridge from the microwave
First, shake the coconut milk well. Mix it with the water and oats in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat the porridge in the microwave on full power for 40-60 seconds. Remove from the microwave, loosen, and immediately stir in the sugar or sweetener. Depending on the desired consistency, you can stir in more milk or water. If desired, you can also sprinkle coconut flakes on top. CAUTION: The porridge is very hot! The porridge makes a great small snack, ideal for a little between-meals hunger, and helps with sweet cravings.
