  • 200 g cheese, 50% cream Limburger

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Cut the cheese into small pieces. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Distribute the cheese pieces on the parchment paper. Place the baking sheet on the lowest rack in the oven and let it sizzle for about 10-12 minutes (this may vary depending on the oven). Let the finished cheese mixture cool slightly and cut into bite-sized pieces with scissors.
