Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g Camembert(s), mature
  • 250 g cream cheese, natural
  • 250 ml white wine
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • ½ jar pickles
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Party snack with Camembert

Mash the Camembert well with a fork, then add the cream cheese and whisk with the white wine until creamy. Dice the gherkins and onion, then add the gherkins, onion, and spices to the mixture. Spread the finished mixture onto prepared bread rolls, about 10 at a time, depending on how thickly you want to spread the mixture. Bake the bread rolls in the oven at 180°C (350°F) until golden brown (approx. 10-15 minutes, depending on your oven).
