Lime cocktail with gummy bear ice cubes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 lime(s)
  • 4 tbsp agave syrup or honey
  • 100 ml milk
  • 700 ml ginger ale
  • 8 gummy bears
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Half-fill the ice cube trays with water and freeze for about an hour. Then place a gummy bear on each ice cube, fill with water, and freeze until the ice cubes harden. Press the rim of the glass first into a little water, then into sugar to create a decorative sugar rim. Shake the lime juice, milk, and agave syrup vigorously in a shaker and divide between the glasses. Top up with ginger ale and add two ice cubes to each glass.
