Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 limes
- 1 piece(s) ginger, approx. thumb-sized
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 ½ liters of mineral water

wonderfully refreshing, ideal for hot days
Juice the limes. Peel and coarsely grate the ginger. Combine the lime juice and grated ginger with the sugar in a jug, fill with mineral water, and stir. Then, cover and let it steep in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Strain through a fine sieve, pour into glasses, and enjoy.
