Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 240 ml Limoncello
  • 1 bottle of dry Prosecco
  • Lemon balm
  • 12 ice cubes
  • n. B. mineral water
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Moisten the rims of the glasses with water and dip them in sugar for a beautiful sugar rim. Place two ice cubes in each glass. Pour 40 ml of limoncello into each glass, then top up with 125 ml of prosecco. Garnish with lemon balm. Done! Dilute with mineral water to taste. Delicious and perfect for a reception, for example.
